Christine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Fordham University, NY) and a Certified Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NY). She decided to become a health coach after experiencing complicated health issues of her own. She is passionate about educating others about nutrition and how to make changes that are sustainable and lead to improved health. Christine offers health and nutrition coaching to individuals and groups.
Elissa is a Registered Nurse (BSN from Dominican College, NY). She
also holds a BA in Art History from Emory University. Elissa has been passionate about health, vitality and personal development and has independently studied various modalities such as: Non-Violent Communication, healthy eating/juicing, gardening and aromatherapy for many years while raising her own children. Elissa blends the art and science of healing by creating an environment in which clients can feel safe to heal, explore and grow. Her experience working as a childbirth educator as well as a hospice volunteer allows Elissa to be a facilitator for people’s development throughout the lifespan.
Jennifer is a Waldorf teacher, Adult Educator and a Biography Counselor. She is also trained in Psychosynthesis work. She presently teaches Spanish in a Waldorf High School and has an active practice as a Biography Counselor. Helaine earned her Bachelors Degree in Foods and Nutrition (College of Saint Elizabeth) and is working on her Master’s Degree in Nutrition. Helaine has worked as a nutritionist for a Pediatric Gastroenterologist, and does independent nutrition counseling in areas such as weight management, digestive disorders, prenatal and maternal nutrition. Helaine is also a Certified Lactation Counselor. She helps mothers to successfully breastfeed, with focus on their nutrition in pre-pregnancy through early motherhood, as well as pediatric nutrition.
